I always thought it would be neat to work at an airport..whether it be a stewardess, or some kind of customer service inside the actual airport. I do have customer service , and phone exp. So, my question is how would I go about getting one of these jobs in the daytona beach airport, or the deland airport..would I have to apply on line at a flight company's website (like delta or w.e) or could I go in person and ask for an ap? How should I go about this?

  1. first i would suggest that you go to each of these airports websites.  also checkout the sanford airport.  see what kind of business they have there.  for instance, there is a customs department, travel agencies, rental car agencies, ground equipment support companies.  also look to see which airlines service these airports.  for instance, airtran's hub is located in orlando, so i would try to get a job there.  you probably have to apply at each of the individual businesses/airlines.
