How would I go about immigrating to Canada or the United States?

I lived in America in 2006 for 4 months, since it I can't settle here in my own country, I want to go back to america cause I was happy there.

Or to Canada.

Can someone who immigrated to either of these countries tell me how to go about it and what's required?

You obviously didn't read my answer the last time you asked this because I explained the difference between immigrate and emigrate.  The word you are looking for is emigrate.

Make sure you do this legally.  Illegal immigrants is a real sore subject over here.
