How would I sell my used furniture?

Question

I don't know if I should sell it online, cause I don't want to be cheated.

But, I don't want to have a yard sale, because I won't get a good bargain...

and I need a good amount of money

any ideas?

Craigslist.com is also a good way to sell it locally without having to ship it or for it to be a pain to deal with

i sold my old bed room furniture in our local newspaper  and it sold in one week just call your local paper and put in detail what your  furniture looks like and the color and how much your asking for it and your phone number    also if theres a certain time they should call you if they wish to see it

Keep in mind that it is used furniture so you really can't expect to get what you paid for it. I am selling my old furniture on craigslist (free postings). you should try selling it online w/pics and what you want to sell it for but people will go lower that what you want (smile)
