How would I write a funny speech for student council?

What would be a good/ funny speech for student council. I'm running for president.Please help.

You should be well written, smart and easy to understand. As for the funny part, think of inside jokes between the school and students that everyone knows. Like an interesting teacher, something odd that happened, ect. Incorportate it.
