  1. Look up Oliver Stone. He did it.

Otherwise, we shouldn't even talk about it on here!!!

  2. US citizens can only legally travel to Cuba with an OFAC license see http://www.treas.gov

This license is valid only for humanitarian , cultural, educational etc reasons. The license is not valid for vacations. If your parents are Cuban , you probaly have other

family members in Cuba. Do some research and try to apply

for a licence for family reasons ( ex. to reunite with grand parents, nephews etc.. You can also wait. I expect that the travel restrictions will be eased in the future.

    Good luck !

  3. When I was in CUba I was very surprised to meet some Americans there.  They just flew into Canada and went to Cuba from there

  4. go through Canada

  5. If your grandparents are still in Cuba, you can get an OFAC licence to visit them.

Otherwise you would have to join some form of humanitarian mission.

Many Cuban Americans ignore the US laws and travel to Cuba via other countries - Mexico, Canada etc.

As you were born in the US, I don't think there would be any problems with the Cuba authorities - simply buy a visitors card.

  6. Try going while on a visit to Cayman.  There are several inexpensive flights a week and it will not show on your passport.

  7. You cannot travel there directly from the US.  You could either go to Canada or Mexico and fly from there.
