How would a decrease in red blood cells affect blood flow?

please help! what is the relationship between anemia and blood flow

If there was a decrease in Red Blood cell numbers, the heart rate would increase in order to compensate for the loss! this is because the same amount of oxygen is needed yet there is fewer red b' cells to do it!

Blood less viscous so blood flows faster.  

However, with anemia your oxygen carrying capacity is decreased and so your heart has to pump it around more to deliver adequate oxygen to your body.
