we dated. broke up but we are still friends and we talk alot..... so should i tell him??

Please don't say you love a guy before he says it to you.  I know three different girls who did this and it ended very badly for all of them.  Even if you feel it, suppress the urge to say it.  Just my experience....

Try to find out his moon and venus. That's how exact he may react. But just by the Libra side. He may be a little surprised and if he still has feelings for you, you guys may have another relationship. But if he doesn't have feelings for you, he might say something like,"sorry, can we just still be friends?" or "sorry, but I love someone already."

Libras aren't really emotional but they are affectionate and friendly. They never hate people and they are softhearted. So you can try it out, or you would never know ;]
