  2. The upper and lower arches of the mouth are part of the skull, but are different when it comes to abcesses....

    In the upper arch....you have a direct path to all the cavities in the sinuses....and possibly into the brain....extremely dangerous......

    In the lower jaw...it is more isolated...but denser bone, and is usually more painful....

    Short answer.............don't go there.....see your dentist...!

  3. antibiotics will usually do it. it depends on what the doctor sees in your x rays and stuff. there be another way. ask your dentist.
