  1. Aggression is a feeling of hostility and anger. It is sometimes a normal feeling that everyone experiences because of some reason or another; however, it becomes unhealthy for psychological and eventually physical well being when it is inflamed for long periods of time. It could significantly affect all aspects of our life because we will tend to look at people differently. If unchecked, aggression could lead to violence against others and possibly ones self. The main thing I try to keep in mind when I start feeling aggression towards others is to turn the direction to myself and see that this aggression is hurting me more than the other person and it's only because of my weakness and lack of self-control that I am feeling this aggression. It may give me the instant gratification of being angry, but it leads me to being unhappy and ungrateful with everything. I will then tend to become antisocial and disengaged from conversations. aggression could also lead to many physical ailments like high blood pressure and heart disease. I personally found that personal growth and motivational Cd's help me deal with my aggression .
