How would grown ups (23+ age) would approach a guy?

I mean how can you tell or point out to the guy that you like him? As I realise, it is not possible to do like when you were a teenager like go up to the person and ask him/her out.

well I'm 23, if a girl who is also 23 came up to me and started a conversation its ok. It usually doesn't matter anymore to begin with but of course the guy is always the one who makes the moves. But I mean if a girl likes the guy and she starts a convo with him its up to the man to agree and go with it. I mean, if he likes you he will continue to talk and hang out with you. He will just have to make a decsion to ask you out on a date etc. Like me I saw a cutie, she was around my age maybe like 22 21 but I asked her a few questions and when I stopped she started to talk to me more. the second day, she sat next to me while waiting for our class to start. So it really depends and since we are all adults, we begin to have open minds and we are more mature.

I think it is easier when you are older just ask them out for a drink or a coffee keep it casual and then just take if from there.

Take an interest in what a guy you like is interested in be it hobbies, social activities.  Confidence is important in my opinion and when approaching girls, I feel that is what I lack in when it comes to making a move.
