  1. I guess it's something we'll never know...  Like if Adolph Hitler's mother opted for an abortion, how would life be different?

Life is fragile and can change in the blink of an eye...

  2. If Princess Charlotte had surviving children, then her offspring would have not only been King or Queen of Great Britain, but also of Belgium. Just like how the Greek royal family were titled with "Greece and Denmark" at the end of their styles. Princess Charlotte's heir or heiress to the British throne, would might unite Great Britain and Belgium as one, and the current United Kingdom would have probably included Belgium as part of their commonwealth realm. Since Belgium was founded by Leopold I, who was also the first King of Belgium, there is also a possibility that Belgium would become a separate royal house, but still under the British rule.

  3. It would depend on how she and her husband King Leopold acted once she gained the throne.  If they had acted in as respectful a fashion as Victoria and Albert, the monarchy would have survived, and England would still have royalty today, albeit different people.  Had they behaved as badly as her father and his brothers, the Whigs would probably have done away with the monarchy at that time.  The people were sick of the Royals back then, and Wellington did all he could to keep them in power.  Without the good behavior of the Royals of the time, his efforts would have been in vain.
