  1. When I was your age I was able to get a job just by calling the newspaper company and applying for a route. The problem is that nowadays they hire people with cars to do larger routes of a couple hundred houses. It is just better for the newspaper company to do it that way. I did switch over to a car when I turned 16 and it was a great job for a young guy. Just call information and get the number for your paper company and call them up.

  2. I live in a fairly small town, our local paper is begging for paper boys,  I would contact your local paper, and not not just the ones your folks buy,. A lot of places have a free local paper that is delivered to everyone.  If you have anything like that, contact them also... Most papers have a phone number to contact them at, and from there , they will get you to whoever you need to talk to. On the other hand, my son had a large camp out party for his 12th birthday, and one of the boys had to get up at 5:30AM to go do his paper route.  It is a very large responsibility.  You have to do it even if the weather is bad, or if you are sick, or what do you do if your family is going on vacation?

  3. Look in the paper or go their website, they are always looking to paperboys. Worse case, call customer service

  4. I was a paper boy "way back when", around your age, I guess, and all I did, if I can remember correctly, is to look inside the first page of the newspaper and get their telephone numbers, call the main number and tell them what you want, and they'll connect you to the right person.  It's "easier than falling off a log", as the old saying goes, and "SweetPai . . ." is right, the papers are always looking for paperboys.  Have fun.  God Bless you.

  5. In the newspaper there will be ad's about delivering their papers! just call and ask for a interview
