  1. You are going to hurt yourself ask the as a and have him help you

You probably need a tourch to burn it in half

  2. haha, definatly not sand paper, run over to a hardware store and get a hack saw that has a blade already with it made for cutting metals, usually for something as thin as that hacksaws would get through it simple, if you had a jig saw that would do the trick but hack saw is way cheaper, expect to pay anywhere from 10-20 bucks

  3. Do you have a pair of needle nose pliers? Usually there is a small "cutter" in the elbow of the pliers that you can cut the shelving with. Super sharp scissors would work but you will probably ruin them. You could also try bending it until it breaks. Good luck!

  4. If the metal is about as thick as a dime, I doubt if tin snips (tin scissors) will work.  You're probably going to need a hack saw and a lot of elbow grease.

  5. an oxy welder

  6. try a saw of some sort.........or get a ninja to karate chop it

  7. If it's flat I would try bending it in half and keep folding the bend back and forth until it broke in half.  If it's thicker than being able to bend....find someone with a plasma cutter. Good luck.

  8. buy a junior hacksaw (£1 $1) that'll do it

  9. tin snips or hacksaw, idealy i would use a diegrinder with a cutoff wheel.

    cheerz

  10. You need something sort of like scissors...

    they're called Tin-Snips.

Most older guys have em in their tool boxes haha.

They're like scissors, but have thick, short blades with little teeny teeth on them, and they're PERFECT for cutting sheet metal.

regular scissors would break, because they lack teeth

    :]

  11. I would try a serrated knife.  Even a serrated steak  knife might do it with determination

  12. they do sell speical scissors to cut metal you can buy a pair at home depot if that helps any.

  13. How about a hacksaw dear lady.......go slow.......all the best
