AWESOME!!  The clear sink is easy.  Get it first, then give the template to whoever cuts your glass or acrylic pieces.  

I think a shop that builds custom aquariums is where I would start for the sealant for the seams, plus they will have to give you the appropriate size pump and aerator for whatever size aquarium sink you want to build.  

I wonder how hard it will be to clean through those two access holes on each side?  The more I think about it, the more I would talk to an aquarium shop.

What a COOL idea! I would say acrylic and aquarium sealant or clear silicone caulk....if they're not the same thing.

Be sure you leave the top removable to be sure you can clean it easily. Its very cool but their is no filtration so cleaning it often would be nessary.
