How would i go about getting custody of my two nices?

they both were living with me but the mom took the 14 year back this weekend but her stuff is still at my house. the mom is living at a friends house who has kids and the mom also has two other kids with her. so the mom the 3 kids are all sharing the same room. the dad is not really inoved. the mom is now saying that she wants to take the one that is here back to. i don't know if the childrens age are important but they are 16 and 14. they want to stay with me and i don't know what to don't it. i want them here but i need to know she will not come and get them when ever her mood changes

Its not about her mood its about her priorities and if she has a 16 year old and a 14 year old then shes had enough time to build a decent life for her and her kids. Let the kids stay with you and tell her to get a place of her own. THats just f-ing rediculous for her to have all these kids and be living under someone else. irresponsible. Those kids are old enough to make a decision as long as its the most logical and if authorities or family services get involved...her living situation speaks for itself.

you have to go get a family lawyar there ask who they want to stay with and youll have to prove shes unfit i just went though it
