How would i go about sautee-ing bean sprouts?

i just bought a big pack of bean sprouts

and how would i possibly prepare them like a japanese retaurant does when you order the sauteed vegetables?

i dont want anything else but the sprouts :)

  1. SAUTEED BEAN SPROUTS  

    6 c. bean sprouts

    3 carrots, shredded

    6 tsp. water

    1 c. chopped green onions

    Put water in a non-stick skillet and heat. Gently stir in carrots and onions; cook, stirring, until carrots are tender but not soft. Mix in bean sprouts and cook, uncovered, over high heat, stirring until bean sprouts are hot. Serves 5 to 6.

  2. Emeril's Bean Sprouts

    1 tb Peanut oil

    1 lb Bean sprouts

    1 ts Minced garlic

    2 tb Sesame oil

    Salt; to taste

    Freshly-ground black pepper;

    -to taste

    3 tb Chopped roasted peanuts

    1 tb Finely-chopped parsley

    Instructions:

    In a wok, heat the peanut oil. When the oil is hot add the sprouts, garlic

    and sesame oil. Stir-fry for 30 seconds. Remove from the heat. Season with

    salt and pepper. Place on a platter and garnish with peanuts and parsley.

  3. Heat a pan until almost smoking, add a tsp of peanut oil and minced garlic, quickly stir-fry the washed, drained bean sprouts. Season with soy sauce and white pepper. Sprinkle with a dash of sesame oil. You're done.
