how would i know i my piercing its growing out or rejecting please help?

If it doesn't seem to heal all the way and also just by noticing the skin above the piercing getting thinner and thinner.

what lanie said and if your piercing seems to be shrinking - like the area between the holes is getting closer together..  if it just doesn't feel right you will know that it is rejecting..
