Link didn't work for me. But I have long blonde hair and black underneath. It faded though, so now it's dark brown. I personally think it's cute, but of course I wouldn't have my hair like that if I didn't :P

I like both hairstyles, yours now and what you want.

Just notice that the girl in the pic (that you want) is wearing a lot of makeup, while you are wearing none or hardly any in your pictures.  The make up will accent the hair and vice versa...

Are you also prepared to mess with your hair kind of a lot to get it to look like that?
