How would i make a dream catcher? ?

how do i make one? what materials are tradiionally used and how do they charge it with energy to be affective as a dream catche?

    Go to the library and read up on indian craft and memorabilia.  I think you can find your answer there. My friend show me one before and she is a Oneida  indian Did you do a internet search?  

This can be an affective way  and a lot of fun to spend a day or two doing research.  Hope this help.
