How would i make a myspace like this?

i have all the abilites to make a website eg. flash and all that but i am thinking this myspace has a div layout.. but how would i get the boxes to be where they are. do you think it was made all before hand and all they did was use the links from a normal myspace to go to specific pages. eg. the blog area, the links there

the boxes are images you have to position the things in the boxes, you will need to learn html & css for that. thats very tricky

you can pretty much go to any layout site

and they will have some div layouts.
