oh yah i know how to do that lol its easy :) first you take the picture you want , then edit it to have different colors and save it as 3 seperate files, (each one a diff color) then make a gif out of them with some sort of online gif creator. i could try and make you one if you want lol do you have a myspace??? if you want msg me at my myspace

you can sometimes upload or buy a photo editing package, although I am not sure that'd help...these links may be better for you :)
