hiya, a few years ago my brother started a boys football team,he put ads in the shop windows,and in the free local paper asking if any boys in a age group under 14yrs.and then said to meet up on the school Field.loads of kids turn up ,they practised every week,after quite a long time,he had got a team up.after that it was none stop football matches.so i think all you need to do is get the field and get the players,then it should all come together.xx

Put an ad in your local paper asking for local people who want to get involved, or put and ad up in your local pub/gym.
