How would i receive snail mail ?would it be by like UPS or with the regular mails ?

Regular post, or Airmail, which would be faster, but more expensive.

It's just regular mail.  The European mail system will handle it until it gets to the US, and then it's the United States Postal Service.  It will go to your mail box or post office box.  UPS doesn't handle mail.  "snail mail" IS regular mail.  Don't make it complicated  :)  Just be sure there is enough postage!
