hello, my name is anthony, how are you?

if they say im good, and you? how would you say that? and then i would like to say

thank, thank you,

which i think is arigatou,

  1. It depends on your relationship and the difference between your status and the status of your communication partner (gender, age, social status etc.) The answer of Mike is great, its a very polite conversation, if you want something less formal, then:

    - Doozou yoroshiku onegaishimasu. Watashi wa Anthony desu. Ogenki desuka?

    - Genki desu, Anthony-san wa ogenki desuka?

    - Genki desu, doomo arigatou gozaimasu.

    This one is a neutral level, you can use it with anyone, it will be ok :)

  3. YOU: hajememashite (watakushi) mike (desu) or (tomoshimasu)

    HER: mike san desu ka (watakushi) (atashi) yurika desu yoroshiku onagaishimasu

    YOU: yoroshiku onagaishimasu
