  1. there's this technique that this black belt guy told me about. his knuckles are like frikin rocks btw. he said, take 50-100 pieces of paper and hang them on a wall. then everyday, punch it for 10-20 minutes. each day, take down 1 paper so if you started out with 50 papers, you'd be able to punch a wall with all your strength in 50 days without feeling any pain. i think its a pretty good idea. so yea, try it, and good luck.
