Stem - Mutiny Lifted $50

Seat - MacNeil Capitol $40

Seatpost - MacNeil stumpy $30

Pedals - Salt sealed $40

However if may be better just to buy a whole new bike

If you don't have the cash, take off your front brake (only take your back brake off if you're really confident) and saw your seat post down to about 5 inches.

Try not to worry about weight too much. Technique is the most important part of riding.

Take the pegs of and if your willing to spend lots of money you can buy custom light wieght forks and rims hope i helped.
