How would one go about getting a debit card?

I am 14 (almost 15 on August 26) and i really want to get a debit card.

How would I do this?

well you have to have a checking account. then go to the bank  but why would you want one its a pain.

You would need a checking account and at your age you would need a joint account with someone over the age of 18!!
