  1. Royal Mail don't give any instructions for land snails - they say contact them for more details (see under 'living creatures')

  3. Yes you can send and recive land snails in the post, Ebay sell them and they send them by royal mail special delivery all the time, Some ebay sellers dont post them its pick up only but some do send them special delivery or by a courier, As far as i know they package them in a foam box with a space cut out for the shell to fit into so its safe from moving around they make sure the snail doesnt dry out by adding food ect, if you look on ebay you will find the special boxes or you could email one of the african snail sellers and im sure they would be happy to help you and answer any questions, hope  helped, katie

  4. I think it would be best to have the buyer simply pick up the snails from your house, as they are animals and need air! They would also get a chance to look over them first aswell, but i dont know whether they're for pets or not, maybe you could arrange a courier service that specialises in this kind of thing

  5. It is best to send any live animal via special delivery as it is guaranteed next day delivery. Recorded delivery items can and do go missing, so it isn't always a good choice.

  6. Has to be..........Snail-Mail.
