  1. Well, in the US it means we loose more jobs and more companies go out of business. I was living in Germany not to long back and they are serious. If any company does not meet there new requirements for a cleaner environment they will tariff the h**l out of them and they can sit on a dock as we pay for the goods to sit there. They are so serious they just settled in court the EU sued one of there own companies BMW for there cars not meeting the new EU emissions and gas mileage statues. Because the US really is all talk and not action on environmental issues, we will not meet there requirements and until we do,  we cannot sell our goods. That is also why we need to stop with all these trade treaties, no one want to buy ow c**p anymore. So in general in means loss of jobs, higher taxes, and bigger trade deficits.
