  1. nope listen here all of u im a raptors fan we have indured Tj fords injurys and despite all of that Calderon took action and became the leading point guard of our team.... we have expierienced his game play without a doubt if calderon was there they would have beat the U.S!

  2. It wouldn't matter, because I don't think Spain could NOT have played any better than they already did without or with Calderon. I mean that was superb basketball from a team with less talent. All cylinders were banging, all shots were dropping big time, they defended well and they still lost.

As for Team USA, this was not their best game and guess what... they won anyway!

  3. no doubt.. you think a mediocre nba player would change the outcome of that game??

  4. if calderon was in, it wouldnt have made a big difference. it takes superstars to take over a game. look at kobe and wade's two big 3 pointers in the closing minutes (and kobe's 3 was a 4 pointer cause of the foul). Now those are the kind of guys that make big differences.

  5. It could have been a different story, but who knows. It would have definetely worked in the benefit of Team Spain, cause we only had 2 healthy PG for the game, R, Rubio and R. Lopez, so J.C Navarro and R.Fernandez, who are not PG, had to play like PG sometimes, thus making an extra effort everytime. So, yeah, Calderon playing would have been a real boost, he 's got quality and he's a good 3 pointer.  But who knows... it's hard to say. Maybe the last minute of the game could ve been a thriller.

  6. dude jose calderon's one of my favorite players but i still think that usa would still have taken the gold home, they're just too good, but i think the game would've been closer.

Oh, and to that bthought guy:jose calderon is NOT the mediocre nba player.

  7. My guess :

Probably would have been even closer, but USA would pull up with the win, those 4 - 7 point differences were tight no doubt, scary to watch, but luckily, USA made it.

  8. wouldnt have mattered.. you think calderon would really make that big of a difference against usa?
