How would the flip video ultra hold up to wakeboarding?

how good would a flip video ultra work for wakeboarding? where high frames per second would be pretty important. and good image quality would be preferred? i plan on getting one for snowboarding and wakeboarding, and getting a waterproof casing, so i can get some amazing shots from jetskis and such. but i want to make sure that would be a wise choice. if you have one or have used one, i need advice. or possibly other portable video cameras under $200.

  1. I have no experience with the Flip cameras - but I suggest looking into the Panasonic SDR-S10:

    It's waterproof (??? ft) and shockproof up to 4 feet.

    or the recently announce upgrade?  the SDR-SW20:
