The mass of the plant tissue would remain unchanged as long as the plasma membranes of the cells undamaged.  There would be a loss of water from the cells but the water is not "tissue."  Once the membranes are damaged, cell contents can leak out in higher concentrations of salt solutions, so the mass would decrease.  There is a substantial amount of water in the tissues of a plant.  The water loss would significantly decrease the weight of the tissue.
