  1. I don't think it would be much different.  Even if there were not a Jewish state, they still love to kill each other over the whole Sunni vs. Shia issue.  Plus there is money, billions of dollars, involved.

Their leaders gain power by inflaming the passions of their people along religious lines.  They love to point to outside influences favoring the other side over their own to draw attention away from the fact that they are some of the richest people in the world while the people are some of the poorest.  Without that distraction, the people may rise up against them.

Israel is just a convenient excuse.  There was a Jewish state in that area for thousands of years before there was money.

  2. Yes. For one thing, the gas crisis wouldn't be happening.

Saddam Hussein would be in power.

    9/11 may not have happened

The Taliban and Al-Queda would still be active in the land.

Whether this is for the better, decide that for yourself. I personally think that giving Jewish people a country just for their hardships will work out about as well as when we tried to send the slaves to Rico for THEIR hardships.

And no, I am not a anti-semite or racist.

I just think the other nations have a right to be angry about it.

America and the other European nations that supported this were acting like the concerned parents of two little boys who hated each other. But made them play together anyway so the

adults could believe in a illusion of peace between the families.

  3. Waaaaaaay Different

  4. I suppose but the Middle East has been ripped off and manipulated by the UK and the US way before the imposition of Israel.  Although the absolute backing of Israel has caused a permanent war in the region the other conflicts are a direct response of UK and US interference and rip-off of the Middle East.

Israel could have been solved in the early years by responding rationally to the Palestinians and creating them a homeland too.  But, we wouldn't help in this direction,. preferring our own ideas.

  5. As long as evil and hate are allowed to exist and have as much value as good, there will be people with a vendetta against others. There will be no "peace in our time" when you rely on appeasement to provide it.

  6. it would make no difference. Islam would find some other excuse for its violence, just as Hitler did when he wanted "living space" for the German people.

  7. of course it would be "different"

all actions have their consequences (good and bad)

but No one can say how.

    besides..

we would still be protecting Kuwait and Saudi Arabia's oil
