  1. A 4.0

    B 3.0

    C 2.0

    D 1.0

    F fail

    if you get A's and B's, your considered smart!

  2. In America, we go by letters.

    F - lowest

    D - in most states, this is passing.

    C - average

    B - Above Average

    A - Top Grade

  3. I'm not sure I totally understand why those particular numbers are being used in your system. But it's basically the same progression: 02 would be a D- in the American system (lowest possible passing grade), and the higher grades would roughly correspond to D, C, B, and A.

    The US uses a four-point grade point average (GPA) system. An A corresponds to a 4.0 grade, a B is a 3.0 and so on. So, if you take two courses and receive a B and an A, your average is 3.5.

  4. In America, we go by letters.

    F - lowest

    D - in most states, this is passing.

    C - average

    B - Above Average

    A - Top Grade

    A=4.00

    B=3.00

    C=2.00

    D=1.00

    F=0.00

    So the way you calculate your GPA in America is by taking those numbers, add them all together and average them.

    So really when you see a letter, they also are those numbers but put in letter form so you can read them easier.

  5. The grades are in my country are pretty low. I live in America and we elected a r****d for President. We didn't just elect Bush once but twice. Grades are still A-F's here. No such thing as e grades though. : )
