How would things be different if the original wording had been kept?

The original wording of the Declaration of Independence ended a bit differently as shown below:

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and Property.

How would things be different if this wording had stuck?

***For revisionist history believers: Jefferson was unable to divest himself of slaves due to Virginia state law at the time and nearly up until his death - there was a statewide quota on the number of slaves that could be freed during any particular year. Plus, a "master" had to pay through the nose for education and essentially welfare for each slave freed. Even if TJ was able under the law to free all of his slaves he would have been unable to financially - he would have been bankrupted.
