If I were the Phoenix Suns, I wouldn't give up Boris Diaw and Leandro Barbosa.

They are both young and still improving.

Steve Nash is the face of the franchise, and although he is old, it'll hurt Amare Stoudamire and the other Suns players to see him leave.

But the Jazz wouldn't except the deal either, because Deron Williams is too good to be traded for 2 oldies (Steve Nash and Grant Hill), and they're not sure how Boris Diaw and Leandro Barbosa will do to they're team.

It wouldn't work. Suns are losing more than what they're gaining. Even if its just for a defensive presence, I doubt Shaq will work well with Deron Williams.
