How would u clean up a cup of tea spilt on hardfloor?

With a mop.

Um, some sort of cleaning solution (I use vinegar and water in a spray bottle) and paper towels or a hand towel.  I'd soak up all of it, then spray and wipe clean.

Very quickly.  Tea can stain.

wipe it with paper roll...............if the floor is varnished the wash over the area with soapy water and when the cloth is clear stop and allow to dry................if it's just wood no varnish let it dry out if you wash too soon you may remove some dye .................if it's left a mark then wash over it lightly it may take a few times    it will depend how strong the tea  was .................if it;s stone or slate collect the peices of broken cup up and give the floor a good wash  and dry ..........
