  1. Obituries. They'll be on local newspapers websites so if you just google "susannah hale" obituries you should come up with something

  2. contact the vicars of the parishes of the town she was buried in, they have records of deaths in their parishes which might help with your search .

  3. if you're sure about where and with what name she died, then its a question of finding the death registers, on findmypast.com and other sites and simply going through, year by year from when you know she was definately alive, looking at the surname Hale and looking for a death. Its time consuming and tiring,, but you will find it.

Try and narrow down when you need to look, for instance, what age was she definately alive at,,,,30,, 40,,50 etc

  4. I would find it....

    incomplete with no date.

    g-day!

  5. First suggestion since you know where she was living until her death is to check the local churchyard and the registers in the church archives.

  6. registery office they deal with births, deaths, and marriages

  7. The only one that I can find for that area, is, and has had her name shortened to Susan. There are no other Susannah's for that area or of that surname, nor the date.

Susan Hale born 24th Apr 1905

    death:July 1986...Newport... Area: Glamorgan, Monmouthshire Age 81. Volume 28 Page 430 2ndQuarter

    There is nothing nearer sorry.
