  3.   No, not good, more like great.  You don't need to work out to lose weight, but working out is always a good choice to stay heart healthy.  Working out also, stimulates the brain and promotes the release of endorphins.  Also, take advantage of the many school activities offered for persons of your age group: you'll get in shape, make friends, and in general have a lot of fun.  Lastly, don't forget to love yourself each and every day...you are a beautiful flower being just who you are!

    Make sure you eat healthily and exercise regularly but don't worry about your weight, it's great.
