i would find all the truely needy families i could find. help them stock their cupboards, fridge, and freezer. then i would go on to make sure if there are any kids, that they had clothes and shoes that fit properly. and get any medical attention they may need. and all nessisary bills are caught up and paid.then i would make sure the parent(s) had good job training to keep up with what i helped them do. i live in a city, and it is so sad to see kids dirty and hungary. and parents struggling.

I wouldn't spend $100, 000 on people I don't know..why? Would you or did you? Who would be crazy enough to do that?

I would go to local schools and ask staff (such as teachers and lunch servers and bus drivers, not necessarily administration) which families could use school supplies and clothing, and then anonymously give 100 families a $1,000.00 gift card specific to that purpose.
