  1. First, he has to commit "treason and war crimes".  Then he should be prosecuted according to Article 1, Section 3 of the Constitution of the United States.  I suggest you read Article 3, Section 3 for the definition of "treason" and the requirements for conviction.


  2. If your going to prosecute him, then add every member of congress that voted to go to war as well.  

  3. A good start would be to actually come up with an act of treason or a war crime that he actually committed.

  4. It seems CNN and the other liberal media has gotten to a lot of people that won't look at both sides of the spectrum.  

    By not doing so, the result is loss of perspective.

  5. First, you have to impeach him and we can't get Congress to do that because they are complicit in the crimes they would impeach him for.  

    Second, read USC article I and article III and build a case against him.

    Third, file a law suit against him.  Good Luck.

    Dennis Kucinich filed 35 articles of Impeachment against him.

    Vincent Bugliosi is trying him on 4,000 counts of murder.

  6. Prosecute him as an American citizen.
