If a teenage boy invites a friend over to his home, how would that friend address his parents if there's no word for Mrs. or Mr.? Would it also be the name + patronymic? Would they ever use the words for aunt and uncle?

  2. Your best bet is to use name+patronymic (and not to forget to use вы). Now if you've known his parents since the two of you were toddlers, you might use aunt/uncle, but if you've just met the parents, then it's probably not a good idea. Some parents might say that they're okay with just first names, so do that if they specifically say so.
