How would you answer these question for a job interview?

"what makes you stand out from other applicants?"

Don't sound casual or like you are talking with your friends.

When the question is tell me about yourself they mean your job history and what you are experienced in. The next question would be what talents you have for that position.

that's a psychological question..ive done that interview before and here are my mistakes when i answered those questions...when they ask you "tell me about yourself" its either they are trying to see how confident you are,and how and in what manner do u answer their questions..they are observing your mannerism when talking..your hand gestures..movements of your eyes and all that..and always expound your answers,don't just tell things that u ae this and that,site specific events from what u did that is related to the nature of work that u are applying for.."what makes you stand out from the other applicants"..simply site your strengths..ur experiences from ur previous work.. good luck to u my friend..hope you'll get that job!:)

2. say your a hard worker, you like to work... things like that

1. tell them of hobbies and interests, but also previous jobs and experience.

2. Communication! every company needs communication and hirers know this. You can have communication skills from working in a team, explainging to other team members or even running a team!
