We recently moved in a subdivison, perfect place, high income, everybody has two perfect kids. Paradise. We have a great common pool and the kids love, people are gorgeous and friendly, the baywatch girl stunning.

Now, the pool is closed twice a week for pooped up.

What should I write in letter to the subdivision counsel, I am pissed of as h**l about the laxy daisyness?

  1. If you are paying a service charge or some sort of rent that includes the use of the pool, then just write to them and say that you expect the service for which you are paying for.

If they are happy to take your money, they should provide the service.  Ask for a reduction in payment/refund for every day the pool is closed other than the usual mantenaince closures, which I am sure you are billed for too (it might be worth finiding out how often that should happen too).
