as i am doing mba from iipm and keenly interested in finance and ,marketing so i have a project to accomplish regarding banking field.so i think icici is the best example which would make my life easier, as i have to made a synopsis.so therefore i need basic detail that how would you approach to customer by marketing...

  1. Most of the Financial Institutions, such as Banks, are marketing Financial Products and Services.

    Most of the Customers, desires and expect, connivance, efficient, reliability and safety.

    Days of Walk-in-Customers, have gone. You have to identify your existing, as well as potential Customer(s).

    Strategically, for advertising and promoting you shall focus on the following;

    1.   Corporate image to establish Reliability and Safety.

    2.   ' Connivance' as well as ' Efficient and Promptness ' for attracting possible (Perspective) new Customers.

    3.   ' Happiness and Willingness ' for Existing Customers.

    The Strategies, shall help the Bank to retain existing Clients as well as add more new customers.
