How would you book the return of Gregory Helms?

would you make it a surprise run in or will there be promo packages or will yu have clues which lead to his return like Y2J's. Wuold you throw him into lower card revive the cuiserweight title put the Us title on him or even push him to main event

I like your idea of reviving the Cruiserweight division with Gregory Helms. It would make an interesting storyline to say the least. Would you imagine the revival of the Cruiserweight Division with Rey Mysterio, Gregory Helms, Jamie Knoble,  etc. etc

I've said once, and I'll say it again, Rey Mysterio has no business in the ring with wrestlers twice as big as him. He should be used properly with wrestlers his size, and Helms would be a great addition to that division.

Except that the Cruiserweight Division wouldn't be a lower card as you stated, it would be regarded as the same level as the 2 WWE World Titles, in terms of importance.

Gregory Helms vs Rey Mysterio is how I would book the revival of the Cruiserweights in WWE.
