Well if you want to compare the goverment to the one in the USA, no actually Colombia is more conservative nothing of autoritarian, you go to Colombia and you will adapt quickly ,people are very warm and friendly , you will learn how to dance very well , and you will feel very free.

actually it's so sorry that DEMOCRATS in the USA are damaging the image of the USA.  no conservaties  as other people think.

In other words if you are democrat; YOU LIKE MORE TO GO AGAINTS GOD WILL.

Colombia is a beautiful country , yes that have c**p in the goverment like in most other goverments yes, there are some politians that want to legalize drugs and g*y marriage.

and some they cover the drug smuggling with good deeds, come on!!

Only God knows which are the rats !!

but the president and most of his cabinet are doing a great job, I love Uribe President!!

he wants people to live;

New has a point. Uribe is a WONDERFUL president who cares about his country and his people. I am a US Citizen and love the USA and Colombia (My wife is a Colombiana like New) Bogota is a great city.. and the diversity of cities, cultures, food, beach, mountains, plains, is awesome. Ive been visiting Colombia since 1970 (Dad was a diplomat) and Ive yet to even see 1/100th of all the great things there.. And Ive tried... I wish Uribe success and hope that Colombia can get rid of Las Farc who are not unlike the democrats in the US.
