How would you classify how I eat?

Ok, so I'm really NOT a big eater AT ALL. But, a few people told me its not healthy to eat as little as I am currently. but, my problem is is that I just never have a hunger so I just don't eat. There's no point to eating unless your hungry to me. But anyway, like usually I don't eat breakfast or lunch. just dinner. But idk why thats so bad. B/c I've never been a breakfast person, and school lunches are gross and I'm never hungry at lunch anyways but then by the time its time for dinner, I'm hungry and then I just repeat.

  1. You need protein to sustain energy throughout the day.  I don't like breakfast either, so I sympathize with you:)  Take some baggies of nuts and dried fruit to school, and snack during the day.  String cheese or little Laughing Cow, or those baby Gouda cheeses are good too.   Even if you have some frozen yogurt or whole fruit popsicles during the day, is better than nothing:)  ... But I understand completely.  Sometimes it's 4 pm before I realize that I forgot to eat:).....(Darn!  It's 5:30 pm and I forgot to eat today too!).....

You probably don't feel hungry because you don't eat breakfast. 1)Breakfast starts up your metabolism for the day, so then you actually will feel hungry by when lunch comes around. 2)You might be getting hungry in the middle of the night and you just don't feel it because you're asleep. By the time you wake up, the hunger pains have gone away so you probably are hungry and you just don't know it.

    Just try eating something small for breakfast, like a banana or something. And take your own lunch to school.

  3. Take snacks for mid morning, healthy ones,like trail mix.  Then, take your lunch to school.  Once your body gets used to getting the food it needs regularly, you metabolism will become better and your body will start to crave what it needs.  Smoothies are great in the morning for people who need good nutrition, but aren't hungry.  Or instand breakfast drinks with fruit blended in.

  4. You should look up the term- Anorexia Nervosa.

    That might explain it.

  5. Even if you are a small eater have 3 smaller meals rather than one larger one

    and especially eat breakfast

    get plenty of fruit and vegetables for vitamins, starchy foods like pasta and potatoes for carbs and meat and fish for protein, and dairy products like milk and cheese

    and remember to drink 8 glasses of water a day
