  1. Not only was it murder but it was a conspiracy to commit murder. The Jewish leaders took counsel together how they might arrest Jesus and have him killed. The New Testament record is clear on this subject.

  2. philosophically, it was murder and not suicide. it is murder because the romans wanted to kill him and did. it is not suicide because, although he went to die willingly, it was not his wish to die. also, it was not him who did the killing.

socially, it is neither because that kind of thing was the norm at the time, and therefore would not have been classed as murder or suicide.

  3. Neither, the event was an essential part of the "Hero's Journey".

  4. A lawful execution.  Period.  IF this guy "Jesus" ever existed at all, that is.

  5. the true story of Jesus Christ or in Islam, Prophet Isa..

He is threatened to be killed..but, Allah take him up to the Heaven and made one of these killers look alike as Isa..as you know, the real crossed person is not Jesus/Isa but it was one of the killer..but looks alike Isa...but, Isa will come down to the world when the world collide or knownly as Doomsday/Judgement Day soon..Wallauhalam.

so,for your answer...it is classified as murder, not suicide of Jesus/Isa..but, it is true, Isa was saved and the evil person killed.

  6. Yes, it was a typical sentence. Now, I am not a Christian, but my understanding of it is that it was NOT suicide, which was and is considered sinful. The belief is that he had to die for our sins--not to excuse those who did it, but in a theological view, the death was necessary.
