  1. i think if kurt started his career in tna then it would be different..because when he came to tna he was a big star already,so he got a big push,in wwe he went from a nobody to a big star

  2. His time in WWE was a lot better.

  3. In wwe angle was just a superstar but in TNA hes now the highlight star like taker is for wwe

  4. I think Kurt Angle's first 2 years in WWE was good but can impoved easly.

TNA is a great and no impovement to be made

  5. In WWE, Kurt Angle was better.

One of the reasons is because Kurt Angle was developed from the bottom up, so he got more and more fans behind him as a gifted technical wrestler. Not only that, but it was obvious to see his evolution as a heel character and then become one of the more interesting faces when he changed character status. Kurt Angle also had less injuries as well, so he did perform better in WWE.

In TNA, he is established as a main-eventer, and because of this, he doesn't gain much in terms of fanbase. He is also seen as a legend already and pushed as one of the best (if not the best) wrestlers on the roster ever since his debut. His performance fell due to injuries and a somewhat inflated ego, not to mention that backstage personell loves Kurt Angle and appeases to every request he makes.

In terms of storylines, his stories in WWE and TNA have been on the range of good and bad. In WWE, his involvement with Stephanie McMahon, Triple H, Trish Stratus, and Vince McMahon was horrible, and I think people tend to forget that bad storyline, not to mention his unusual love for milk at one time and embarrassing himself with him and Stone Cold "kissing up" to Vince McMahon. TNA is no better, especially with his wife's involvement there, as well as him being the person to hold all titles in TNA at once, which is one of their top 5 worst ideas ever.

  6. TNA is not watchable. so I rate kurts 2 years with wwe a 10 and the TNA years a zero

  7. Well  his time in WWE he could have accomplished much more. He could have had any title and held on to it for about a year or 2.

Then his current time in TNA he held every single title at once Tag Team (both), NWA World, X Division, and alot more. So, I think his time in TNA has made his WWE accomplishments disappear like they never existed.

  8. Well in WWE Kurt was known for his fued with Stone Cold but was under used and not in the title picture not even when he was in ecw for the 2weeks

in TNA he hasnt had the ONE defining Fued sure his fued with AJ Styles in great but it could be so much greater and yah his fued with Joe was probly the best Sumbmission fued ive seen in a while but its not as good as stone cold

then trew stone cold off a bridge! lol

but as for his time in tna he definalty is more exciting i loved the stuff they are dewing with his gold metal

  9. Angle's first two-four years in the WWE was the best period of his career. He hit the ground running and immediately developed into one of the best wrestlers around, putting on some really good bouts, especially his Smackdown work around 2002. His feuds with guys like Benoit, Triple H, the Rock, etc. were extremely good, including his stuff with team RECK. And as a performer, he created a goofy heel persona that was fun to watch.

Now compare that to his TNA time which, while better than his last years in the WWE, still don't hold a candle to his first time in the WWE. His matches have dipped and are far from his top work, even when facing great workers like Joe and Styles. His storylines are usually erroneously booked and often needlessly took up much of Impact. And as an overall performer, he's tremendously overrated.

Angle's just not as good as he used to be.

  10. I may be in the minority on this one, but I'd say he's been mis-used in TNA thus far.  He's been cast as the Ric Flair-type character, with the 3 Piece Suits, and the entourage that doesnt hesitate to jump in on Angle's behalf.  In WWE, I agree w/Armdrag that he really was in the prime of his career, right from the start.  His matches were very high quality, and while he did eventually have an "entourage" (The World's Greatest Tag Team) I'm pretty sure that wasn't in his first 2 years.  Too bad all the injuries have slowed this guy down over the years.  He may have been "The Greatest Ever" if he'd stayed 100% healthy...

  11. SORRY MAG I HAVE NEVER WATCH A FULL 1HOUR  OF TNA.....ITS SO HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!... BUT THAT'S NOT A FAIR COMPARISON AS KURT ANGLE WAS AN ESTABLISHED SUPERSTAR WHILE JUMPING SHIP FROM WWE TO TNA

  12. i think thats a difficutly question to answer becuase wwe is far supeirior to tna in every department but....

His first 2 Years in WWE Were alot better, yes he dominated Tna for 2 years but there was no competition like there was in the attitude era ... he faught guys like the rock stone cold hhh undertaker hbk and so on ... now Aj Styles? Samoa Joe? No Comparison Sorry

    Starred****

  13. more extreme in TNA now I think. seen the ladder match afew days ago.
